1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the 1-on-1 coaching services provided by Brent Huras, operating as Expand Integrate (Ontario Business Identification Number 1001602749), located in Stratford, Ontario, Canada ("Coach"). By engaging coaching services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Coaching

Coaching is a professional relationship focused on personal productivity, organization, and goal achievement. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, or any form of mental health treatment. The Coach does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require psychological or psychiatric care, you are encouraged to seek services from a licensed mental health professional.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for their own results. The Coach provides guidance, frameworks, and support, but the outcomes of the coaching relationship depend on the Client's own commitment, decisions, and actions. The Coach makes no guarantees of specific results.

4. Confidentiality

The Coach will treat all information shared by the Client as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without the Client's consent, except as required by law.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for coaching services will be agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of services. Payment terms, including due dates, accepted methods, and any applicable cancellation or refund policies, will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice provided at the time of engagement.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Specific cancellation and rescheduling policies will be outlined in the service agreement. The Coach reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, and will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the coaching relationship. The Coach's total liability to the Client shall not exceed the total fees paid in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

Any materials, frameworks, tools, or content provided by the Coach during the coaching relationship are the intellectual property of Brent Huras / Expand Integrate and are provided for the Client's personal use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

10. Changes to These Terms

The Coach reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes, and continued engagement of services following notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
